I was so touched when I saw the pic and read the notes the photographer wrote. When people around me only care and talk about the oil price, it's the first time I feel someone has the same feeling with me: sorrow. I have never been to New Orleans but only knew it from friends. They described the city as a sunny,warm and colorful place filled with Jazz. I love Jazz even though I just know a little about its history. For me, New Orleans is a city of pleasure with light Jazz and colorful flags swinging. Now it has turned to hell with bodies flowing.
The news reported that it may take at least 9 months to clean it up and recover. It's really a tragedy. I don't know what I will see when I finally get a chance to visit the city. Will it still be a pleasant place with music and colors? Or we just lost it forever?
